I attended the Florence wine and cheese tasting and I wanted to say that I had a very enjoyable

We really enjoyed the Florence Wine and Cheese tasting .. The guy who informed us about the
various wines, cheeses, the salame and prosciutto was really a specialist in his field and could
respond to our needs perfectly. Of course all the various products we tasted has been of the
best quality and were very exquisite. Above all the nice and warm atmosphere at the wine Bar
has contributed to a really nice Tuscan experience and a delicious evening. Thanks a lot and
best regards from Germany to Firenze.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our wine and cheese tasting was ..Manuele and
Edoardo could not have been nicer and we were treated as special guests rather than
customers. We tasted a variety of both white and red wines and talked about the different types
of grapes used and the aging processes for each wine. We also had cheeses that were picked
to go with each of the wines to bring out the flavors of both the wine and the cheese. It was truly
a delicious learning experience and I highly recommend it to any visitor to Florence.

The wine and cheese tasting was excellent!..The wine bar was very nice and the guys doing the
tasting were very informative and enjoyable to talk with. A class act all the way. I have been on a
lot of wine tastings in the states, and I think this one was the best yet. I would recommend it to
any of my friends that like wine and are traveling to Florence. Thanks a lot!

Best wine tasting ever... They surprised us with extra food and wine. The guide knew a lot about
the wines! The entire staff was so nice. We all ended up buying the wines we tasted!! Highly

We enjoyed the Rome wine Tasting very much!..Tito was a great host & very enthusiastic about

Could not have been better! A really neat setting with an extremely knowledgeable Sommelier.
The cheeses he combined with the wines were absolutely awesome! We are not red wine fans,
however this tasting changed our minds know knowing the correct parings. We had a small
enough group that the Sommelier also gave us a knowledge base for food parings with certain

There were only two of us on this tour which was fantastic! The cheeses and jams were
absolutely delicious and the wine was amazing. Our host was very welcoming and thorough in
giving us all the details about each wine, where it came from, how it was made and the best food
